Could a fighter easily get away with loading his gloves against Margarito?

Even if not easily, could a fighter get away much easier loading his gloves against Marg as opposed to another fighter because all of the attention will be on Margarito and if he is trying to load his gloves from every fight on post Mosley? The focus of potential for Tony cheating would be so prominent that no one would even consider that the opponent would be......IDK if I want to use the word "smart" enough to cheat but I will here, yes smart enough to cheat? thoughts, opinions?
