I'm sure Povetkin will continue to fight somewhere in Russia despite failing test multiple times. Lucian Bute, was he ever punished for his failed test, instead he gets rewards with a WBC Eliminator for a shot a Stevenson. Boxing fans flip flop so much though it is laughable!

Yea its hard to argue that Floyd didn't change the PED testing landscape regardless if you're a fan or not or think he did PEDs or not. I think historically this will be a blurp on his HOF transcript, a part of his legacy in the sport & mentioned on his obit.

Mayweather had a contract with USADA that allowed him to dictate when testing started and it was between 40 to 60 days before a fight.
For the Pacquiao fight, FM paid USADA 150,000 to do testing (VADA charges about 20,000).
USADA would grant Floyd a retroactive TUE for an illegal procedure, 20 days after the fight and that made many fans suspicious that Mayweather was once again gaming the system.
Mayweather changed the perception of testing in the sport of boxing, and made dozens of butthurt pacfans into "doping experts".Last edited by AllEyesOpen; 02-18-2017, 12:22 PM.

Floyd has left a great legacy for future generations of boxers. Advanced drug testing is one of the things he will be remembered for. Thanks, Floyd!

Taking the same substance as Armstrong did which hides drugs. lol he used he excuse of severe hydration when we walks around his weights apparently and also like 10 times the amount a critically ill person in hospital takes in that substances
Then here is the refusal to reveal his test results in court and paying compensation instead to pacman. He was hiding something and now the world knows he is a cheat
He will forever go down as a cheat

everything floyd did was on the up and up. done in front of the DCO. then you file your paperwork, medical reports, etc so it can be determined that the use was legitimate.
