For the Pacquiao fight, FM paid USADA 150,000 to do testing (VADA charges about 20,000).
USADA would grant Floyd a retroactive TUE for an illegal procedure, 20 days after the fight and that made many fans suspicious that Mayweather was once again gaming the system.
    Exhibit D.

You still see them on Boxing Scene. They are the ones praying to their deity that McGregor wins a boxing match via rear naked choke.

"Oh, please lord. Please. Just let me see him lose."

I'm sure Povetkin will continue to fight somewhere in Russia despite failing test multiple times. Lucian Bute, was he ever punished for his failed test, instead he gets rewards with a WBC Eliminator for a shot a Stevenson. Boxing fans flip flop so much though it is laughable!
The commissions, promoters, managers and coaches, as well as the fighters themselves have to accept the major responsibility for the PED use. It is a major problem, remember these guys are hitting each other in the head not running races, and there is no real will to clean it up or punish the offenders effectively imo.

Cleaning up the sport = injecting IV to cover up his ped use. LOL

Yea its hard to argue that Floyd didn't change the PED testing landscape regardless if you're a fan or not or think he did PEDs or not. I think historically this will be a blurp on his HOF transcript, a part of his legacy in the sport & mentioned on his obit.

USADA doesnt grant tues, WADA does.

Mayweather changed the perception of testing in the sport of boxing, and made dozens of butthurt pacfans into "doping experts".

Floyd has left a great legacy for future generations of boxers. Advanced drug testing is one of the things he will be remembered for. Thanks, Floyd!

there is nothing shady about 25 ounces of salt water administered by a paramedic in front of a doping control officer with a urine sample given before and after.

Then here is the refusal to reveal his test results in court and paying compensation instead to pacman. He was hiding something and now the world knows he is a cheat

He will forever go down as a cheat
you're completely delusional. the salt water was given by a paramedic in front of the doping control officer and floyd was tested before and after.

the HBO propaganda machine made many fans suspicious because they didn't know anything about the proper protocol. evidence has to be gathered and analyzed to determine if the use was legitimate. that takes time.

everything floyd did was on the up and up. done in front of the DCO. then you file your paperwork, medical reports, etc so it can be determined that the use was legitimate.
