when aj won his world title, he made two quick defenses and then fought wladimir the next year.

which is exactly what finkel planned to do with wilder. only problem is wladimir ended up losing.

Main reason why I'm so pissed at this Wilder clown.
He saw AJ dismantle Klits in a full-packed arena,
almost like two brave gladiators battling it out in the olden days.
The pageantry and glitter, people partying...that's what he saw.
        He got jealous.
All of a sudden, this clown wanted a part of it, after AJ doing the dirty work,
        he himself couldn't accomplish.
The disgusting part was he never cooperated as the B side.
He even thought he's also A side and wanted 50/50.
Was asked to fight White for $4 mil.
        He wanted $7 mil.
        He wanted a lot.
The chance to get a shot at multiple titles didn't even mean crap.

Wilder was knocked out cold by Wlad at least twice in sparring. He wouldn't have fought him while he had a hole in his arse and everybody knows it.

More fake news , what a shocker . lol

Joshua didnt plan anything ,he took fights as were available .

Fury pulled out of the rematch and Joshua was available .

Joshua was READY to fight Klitchko in fight 18 but Klitchko postponed it so Molina was a fill in .

Wilder career coasting has nothing to do with UNIFIED champ Joshua !

Knock it off with the rubbish. Wilder did no such thing. When Deontay finally confronted Wladimir about a potential unification bout, Dr. Steelhammer told him he needed to step up his level of opposition.

That's why that fight never happened. If anything, it appeared Wladimir was the one who ducked an easy fight against the very raw and crude Bronze Bomber instead of the other way around.

He wanted no parts of that Green belt. This YouTuber needs to get his facts straight. He quoted the words of Shelly Finkel but not Deontay Wilder himself; By the way as we know is his own man and calls his own shots.

if you choose to obsess over sparring myths, good for you. wilder is a prize fighter. willing to go to russia for povetkin. willing to go to the UK for AJ. made a voluntary against king kong when nobody wanted to fight him (king kong has been ducked by both AJ & whyte at this point).

so to think wilder wouldn't have been willing to fight an in house fight in 2016 for the undisputed title and an 8 figure pay day is hilarious. one of your dumbest trolls ever.

When Wilder wins the title, his manager, who is also Wladimir's manager, said Wilder would have two quick defenses before targeting Wladimir. Finkel kept his word and very quickly scheduled two defenses. Wladimir had an overdue double mandatory against Fury, but Finkel's plan was to match Wilder & Wladimir in 2016 and arranged for that Forbes piece in late 2015 to hype the fight.

The problem with Finkel's plan is that Wladimir ended up losing to Fury, ruining everything. But there's no doubt Finkel intended to have Wilder fight Wladimir in 2016. When people say Wilder "ducked" Wladimir, the accusation is so crazy because Wladimir lost his titles the same year Wilder won his title. Finkel's famous quote about Wilder needing two quick defenses to get ready was an honest and fair assessment and Finkel kept his word and had Wilder fight two fights very quickly and then set up the Forbes article to hype the Wladimir fight.
Yeah. Even Finkel called Wilder a baby despite Wilder being WBC champion lmao.

It's funny to see Finkel criticized for being honest while Hearn is praised for lying.

When Wilder won the title in 2015, Finkel wanted to wait until 2016 for him to fight Klitschko and was very up front about it. He didn't lie or make excuses.

Hearn chooses instead to pretend he wanted Wilder this year when he really didn't want him until next year.

And if you look at the results, you see why it's better to lie. Because everybody praises Hearn and believes everything he says even when he lies, while Finkel is raked over the coals for being honest.

                      Honesty doesn't pay in boxing.
