It would be a FOTY candidate because Wlad would be forced into a war, because Fury has the tools to to neutralize his height and reach advantage, and take him out of his comfort zone behind his jab.

Comon my man, Wlad is there to be hit if a fighter is fast enough, and please don't tell me Fury doesn't have stopping power in both hands.

Fury has good power, and could hurt Wlad - like any other heavyweight.

After the Chisora fight I think it's feasible, also Wlad hasn't been dragged into a war but Fury is just the fighter to do it. It would be a hellacious fight.

Your list was almost ridiculously wrong in places, a few things I agree with but..

Defence - Wlad by FAR
Power - Wlad by FAR
More effective hooks -Wlad by FAR
Adaptability - I suppose you refer to Wlad not liking being out of comfort zone but ironically WK's exact style is to shut down his opponent out of their comfort zone which overwhelmingly would happen to Fury. So Wlad.
Heart - Questionable
Chin - Questionable, I'd give it to Wlad!

And a number of things were irrelevant against Wlad..

body work - body shots are mainly ineffective against WK.
combination punching - is largely ineffective against WK.

Fury has decent shot but far far most likely WK will break him down and knock him out.

Fury would be the tallest opponent WK has ever faced, and outweighs him too. That is certainly a factor. I expect the Fury fight to be one of the better opponents.

Punch speed, punch power, timing, technique, accuracy, reflexes... This is what will win him the fight.

Fury doesn't have the tools to neutralise Wlad, he has a physical advantage which Wlad will be able to neutralise. Fury doesn't utilise his height properly even against smaller opponents. Wlad uses his optimally.
