Does retracting arms after punches increase the speed in setting your feet back in place and help with balance?

Here is the only thing that you need to know about retracting punches; no matter what happens you get that glove/fist back to guard as soon as you can. Unless ofcourse you are going to double up on it. If not, then get that **** back in place..…Rockin'
