    I always thought head movement was a great thing but Derrick James explained how head movement can be detrimental. Dipping and leaning side to side can get you out of position and get you timed and knocked out.

    it's a shame though because I really like Lubin and wanted him to win. Can't believe he went out like that in the 1st round. Didn't think he was soft like that.

    I wouldn't call him soft he just got caught clean by the better fighter.

              That is a scary video right there.

              This proves they were well aware of Lubin doing this going into the fight, Lubin does this in all his fights. They knew.

                    Yup, It's boxing fundamentals though, that extra extra stuff will always fail up against basic boxing 101 unless you're a freak athlete like Roy Jones.
