Frank Cali was apparently a non violent boss who ran the family like a corporation. Dude was in wall street and pump-n-dump schemes lol.

This was no random killing and i doubt the commision santioned this hit. It makes too much noise and families dont want that type of attention with the feds putting them on radar and sht.

La Cosa Nostra has an unsteady working relation with the Aryan Brotherhood in Prison or the Mexican Mafia (depending on geographic location) basically they pay them for protection when they get locked up. The hit couldve simply been a prison politic hit. The Aryans dont F around. The Mexican Mafia is larger and more organized but the Aryans are more ruthless & have a point to prove.
