DLH circa 2007, a past prime fighter turned promoter, coming off a Mayorga win, a long layoff, a KO loss to Hopkins, and a robbery win over Sturm, is THE definitive win on Floyd's dossier to you?

Not in a pure skilled boxing match , it had very little to do with , weight is power strength and resistance its not skill .[/QUOTE]

So the bold does not impact a fight??

Height doe'nt give crap to weight division..

Caballero (jr.featherweight) is arguably as tall as Mike Tyson..

As for the thread.. definitely top-5. But no way above top-3.

        1. Hatton
        2. Corrales
        3. Dela Hoya

If JMM was to run a marathon at 135lbs hes probaby run it in 1hr 45mins. Weighing 145lbs it would probably take him 2hrs.

If JMM was 100% , it would be floyds best win.
Is that why Pac had so much trouble with JMM and Floyd out classed him , there is not that much difference between the two JMMs that weighed the same for both fights , Floyd beat him in your marathon in cruise control by an hour and Arum pushed JMM over in a neck and neck finish with Pac lol .

What are u talking about son? Put 10lb ankle weights on floyd and ask him to fight Alvarez at 160 and lets see if Floyds skills look apparent. It would look likes hes treading water cos of the extra weight, and Alvarez would probably look like Willie Pep or Fred Astaire against Floyd.

In a pure technical fight nah not much at all , have you heard the sayings like boxing is science and boxing is a speed sport , Floyd and JMM are not power fighters they are skillful fighters , I dont think there was a single clinch in that fight was there lol .

By the time JMM fought Pac hed had much more time to train for that marathon. He was in better condition. Peoples second marathon time is usually better than their first attempt.

Again put 10lb ankle weights on floyd and ask him to fight Sergio at 160. Floyd may be more skilful but he certainly wouldnt look it if he fought Sergio at 160.

If JMM fought FLoyd weighing 138lbs and floyd weighed 147, JMM would have outboxed floyd and would look more skilfuler.

Its the same weight Pac had to rob him lol , if it was anywhere near close you might have a point but Floyd was 5 classes above JMM at the same weight Pac looked ordinary and Floyd was coming of a 2yrs of partying , Floyd would do it to JMM every day of the week at any weight at any time , the class difference was miles not inches .
