In terms of overall boxing ability Perez is the better boxer. If Perez comes in shape and is motivated I'd pick him to beat Jennings.

Perez is a tub. It's a shame to see these young fighters trying to make a name for themselves, yet enter a fight fat. If his weight is any indication, Perez will run out of steam long before Jennings. He might even get stopped.
