these drills are valuable but if you dont hit hard and treat it like a fight it will give you **** all help. also that high elbow thing isnt a control tactic wtf........it just makes you look dumb and doesnt "control" them to any degree
maybe when you learn how to box with some intensity and none of this bull****ting around tapping crap people might respect you and your videos

Unless you can post up a bout like the dude's cousin from Limey lounge, please do not bore us with tall tales of your talent to finally agree with a poster saying your a dumb noob who has to get over looking like a rabbit caught in headlights.
