In each backpack, there are 7 big cats.
For every big cat there are 7 little cats.

7*2 girls legs
7*7=49 back packs

49*7 = 343 big cats
343*7=2401 little cats
343+2401 =2744 total cats

Total legs = 7*2+2744*4=10990
