I watched Manny Pacquiao on the Double End Bag and read the comments under this video.
Everybody was hating / criticizing the fact that his Double End Bag is way too tight.
I have also watched Andre Ward, Danny Garcia and Kevin Newman on the DE and they use in constrast a more loose DE that moves a lot .

Do these people in the comment section have a point and is Pacquiaos DE training inefficent?

I wouldnt say inefficient to Manny himself necessarily because to me it seems like Manny is using it moreso as a speed drill. BUT primarily a double ended bag is used for accuracy, rhythm, & reflex which having a bag so tight wont give you.

that little bag he is using is used for sharp shooting for accuracy and timing on a moving small target it sharpens your timing and accuracy, its a bit tight compared to how you conventionally use it for slipping it when your bounces back so you can work on head movement as well, but I think Pac issues it mainly to work on his rapid fight sharp shooting down the middle.

Just like any other bags size is utilized in many ways.
There's no ONE size for everyone to utilize.
The heavy speed bag is a great shoulder and arm routine to increase power then you move to a "peanut" bag for speed and endurance.
Most fighters will also put some time into an exercise that makes them feel good, it's a positive way to warm up and enjoy your techniques before harder work begins.
Eye hand coordination needs many training techniques to develop
skills.

I have seen recently a video of Tim Bradley on the DE Bag and people were again telling him that his bag is too tight, one even called him a bum lol.

I looked at the Youtube Channel of one of the dudes who said it is too tight and couldn't stop laughing.
**** was funnier than Kanye West saying he would run for president last year.

Not just keyboard warriors...but delusional ones. I mean that guy must have watched his own videos, yet he keeps posting them. I have to speculate that he thinks he looks like he knows what he's doing.
