they agreed to A blood test before the press conference, and another ONE after the fight.....they HAVE NOT agreed to be tested up to the day before the fight. if that was the case, the fight would be a done deal. GBP is fighting for the right to be able to test manny randomly up until the fight, that's what this whole fuss is about. you pac fans are either misinformed, or you guys make up your own facts......
I'm taking Pac's words, not Arums...hell even in THE ARTICLE IN THIS THREAD states that they're willing to take random tests with the exception of the day before the fight. Your the misinformed one.
Reread article (damn there's too many) and realized I was wrong in the bold/underlined statement.Last edited by madsweeney; 12-24-2009, 02:02 PM.

PAC could have popped and they'd get that $10mil?

Arum or Pacquiao have said, almost every day, that Manny is willing to take the test, just not directly before the fight, which is perfectly reasonable. The test after the fight will produce exactly the same results, and won't affect either fighters preparations.
guys, the NSAC conducts URINE tests.....there IS NO test for HGH in urine analysis.
arum AND roach have stated, pacman can be BLOOD tested only before the press conference, and after the fight.
what they are agreeing to randomly is ONLY THE URINE TESTING.

This proves nothing though. This actually makes Floyd look better. its not about the money, its about if he's juicing or not. They think the only way they will know for sure is by these kind of test. Thats the whole point. Therefore, if Pac doesnt do it that way and pass the test then how is that doing what they want? They think that if he doesnt do it there way then he wont fail. Thats the whole point of it
