Pacquiao's war after war is taking a toll now and he is declining fast. His last fight proved he can't fight for a full 3 minutes in one round. His speed and reflexes is getting slower as well. Funny while Marquez is older, he is the complete opposite of what is happening to Pacquiao right now.
