Double Dragon by a wide margin, followed by Street Fighter..at least the broads in Street fighter looked good.

Super Mario Brothers, followed by Double Dragon.

Doom, Tomb Raider and Street Fighter at least had some redeeming qualities (the Rock, Karl Urban, Raul Julia, Jolie) and are those "they're so bad, that they're good" quality. Mario Bros and DD had nothing of the sort.
