They work but only temporarily. You can drop a bunch of tyrosine and or phenibut get your dopamine or gaba up but you will build up a tolerance and many have reverse (or zero) effect if optimal dosage is surpassed.
Not for people who don't know what they're doing or can't keep strict tapering discipline. Like roids.
I tried Phenibut but it never did jack all for me.
Anyone here taking brain boosting supplements? They are supposed to improve cognitive ability, memory, thinking, etc. but are they worth it? If you have ever taken any such supplements please share your experience. I don't have any medical condition, but I can't stay focused during work and my brain is always overloaded.
People who buy those pills also heavily invest in penis enlargement pills.
