First off I consider Manny to be the GOAT. Nobody has accomplished more than him and his accomplishments are against naturally bigger guys to boot.

But if you're talking about currently, I have Crawford winning if they ever fought. Mannys just way too old. I was scared as hell for him in the Thurman fight. Thurman came in scared and it still was close. Pac showed all of his age and would lose a rematch.
