I guess it depends on how you are measuring, how much weight does one of the 4 carry?
The best 3 fighters imo in order, across both teams are Fury, AJ, and Helenius.

Another way to look at this is actual top4 ranked fighters:
The ring:
Fury, Joshua, Whyte, Wilder
WBC:
Fury, Whyte, wilder, Usyk
WBA:
AJ, Charr, Bryan, Usyk
WBO:
Joshua, Usyk, Parker, Dubios
IBO:
Joshua, Usyk, Ruiz, Whyte
IBF:
Joshua, Pulev, Martin, Usyk
Usyk is obviously a common theme, which given he has barely fought at heavyweight is a surprise! But WBA in particular, and to a lesser extent IBF really have some questions to answer about they sort their rankings.
You could argue any of the others are sensible.
