                I'm not saying it's the biggest but it is one of them. Singer was seen as a contender but punching power was not necessarily his best attribute. Mandell on the other had been a durable champion who had defended the title against Canzoneri and McLarnin. It was definitely not expected that Singer would flatten him in a round, only to later receive the same fate against Tony Canzoneri.
