An Scottish guy ("lad" limey green teefs) is walking along the street behind a Muslim guy when he notices the Muslim guy drop his wallet. The Scottish man picks up the wallet, runs to the muslim man and returns it to him.

The muslim man is taken aback by this stranger's good deed and decides to return the favor in kind.
