Roach sounds jealous here cause he knows Ariza and Pac are close, if Pac wasnt close to Ariza why would Pac buy Ariza a matching gold bracelet that cost over 20k? Ariza posted the picture only he and Pac have the same bracelet. Pac might not really listen to Ariza but the two are almost like brothers they are very close.
Manny's "like a brother" to a lot of people lol. He buys lavish gifts for a lot of his friends. Either way, it just proves Freddie's point that Manny only has him there because he's a friend now, not because he really needs a bunch of new age conditioning bs.

Ariza has a tendency to make himself seem more important than he is. Honestly, Pacquiao seemed more explosive when Justin Fortune had him doing old school pushups, situps, and roadwork. Ariza is just a fitness salesman. Think about it, hitting the heavy bag when it's swinging back at you is the exact same workout as plyometrics, only better suited for the punching motion. You definitely don't need to pay a guy thousands of dollars to hit the heavy bag for a round or two more, so that's why Ariza comes up with "busy work" to charge Manny for.

Edit: Also, the sprinting he has Manny do is even worse than roadwork in terms of getting in boxing shape (I mention this because Ariza ****s on roadwork for fighters all the time). Long roadwork mimics being on your toes for a long fight. When do fighters ever sprint in the ring lol? You can get the same anaerobic benefit of sprinting from doing hard rounds on the heavy bag, sparring, and mitts... and it's boxing specific!
