got close to getting public drunkness a few times when i was in the army, but never charged..

no offense, but you have to be kinda an idiot to get arrested. This isn't like getting a flat tire, or getting sick, something that randomly happens to you.. You gotta kinda try and put effort into getting arrested and thrown in jail

I didn't do anything
Wrong place wrong time
Had to let me go with no charge as NO CRIME happened
So yes you can be arrested randomly
It just hasn't happened to you

I didn't even touch her but in domestic disputes when the police gets called somebody has to go to jail.

First time I got arrested was literally for weed crumbs lol

The cop pulled me over and I was drunk and high, I had the weed leftovers in plastic in the glove compartment. He saw a piece of the plastic hanging out of the glove compartment and he said what's that, can I see?

I ****ing paniced and I just said... uhh.. no. And he's like why not? Step out of the car please. Apparently they can't search you without probable cause but i didn't know my rights so I just did what he said.

he took out the plastic, held out the flashlight, saw like a couple specks of weed and he's like, is this pot? I thought it was over so I was just like yeah...

Then he told me to put my hands on the car and he cuffed me lol, ended up finding bottles of liquor in the back too and I was only 18, so I got possession of marijuana and possession of alcohol under 21.

When I was in jail, I met lots of guys from Cisco, Sun, One from Google. It was the same story. Big heated arguement, cops showed up, somebody goes to jail to cool down the situation.

It was interesting. I ended up making a few new friends, all IT guys like me. But, none of them grew up ghetto like I did.

Okay... valid... I guess I'm talking about actually being charged.. your talking about just being detained till stuff checks out.. that's happened a bunch of times when I was a teenager
