Can Floyd drop 300 million into a property with handful (team) with others. Sure! If he sees returns, ''millions each year'' then why not.
Doubt that Floyd (or Haymon for that manner) would put himself into position of being the "money mark" for some developers.

If Floyd put down $300m, it was like into a property fund made up of $1b in investor money (that would then focus in on using the investor money to develop office space/real estate, income generating properties). risk is still risk

Floyd has consultants to make moves for him.

probably, but likely less than folks think. People joke about the entourages, but Floyd's real circle isn't all that big.

P-Reala, Ellerbe, Haymon, his lawyer, his accountant, the core 3-4 body guards, and then he's got folks running the other relevant "spokes", if you will; Haymon/Floyd's lawyer likely helped Floyd vet out any of the major office space/real estate deals, Floyd's Las Vegas property managers are apparently the two women who were "smoking weed" (which threatened one of his other businesses) [for all the hanging around that they did, notice how it never looked like Floyd was actually looking to slay either one], Ellerbe runs the promotional company, DeJuan Blake runs the gym, and then he's partnered with folks beyond that.

If someone in the core circle vouches for you, Floyd's camp does their work, and then Floyd looks to link up if it makes sense; the Cincinatti hotel deal, where Floyd partnered with an on-the-ground player who knew what he was doing and had a proven record, being an example of it.

9 skyscrapers in NY? Lol come on he's not that rich.

I think Floyd is pretty straight forward and simple. Whoever his consultant affiliates are have a good rep/portfolio that has shown good results. I just see Floyd dropping top dollar on an opportunity if he trusts it and his legal advisory gives it a green light.

Most skyscraping philanthropy makes loot on how it leases or rents office space. For instance Fortune 500 companies rocking several floors for a good 20+ years is nice easy money for those who own it, and that's just several floors never mind the 100+ story complex. It will be interesting to see Floyd progress throughout the years. If he learns Philanthropy consistently, boxing revenues will be a smaller portion than property business. All this because Floyd had the capital to start with and the right advisory. Floyd can surpass Sean John too with cologne and apparel if he continues to mature at this rate. If he does something like Dre with Beats, IT technologies... bada bing! Rather hear about this stuff than malicious propaganda energy from the likes of Fat Dan...
