drain the sauce and set aside for further use.. (pangsabaw din pag napigaan ng kalamansi)
mix the sardines on 3-4 eggs and fry as an omellette..
kakagutom..

nasty.
sardinas , kamatis , sibuyas , bawang , sili then the secret sauce.....sinigang powder.

i know what sardines taste like and i know what omelettes taste like.
you act like its some secret recipe with secret cooking methods and spices.

i miss the knorr chicken noodle soups , manong.
haven't had those since i was a kid.
