DNA alone doesnt prove rape, just that they had sex. He is just going to say it was consensual then its he said / she said.

There has to be additional evidence, she has injuries indicating a struggle, ect. for it to be a slam dunk case.

Sounds like he roughed her up, strangled her, and dry bummed her. She had injuries all over, including her butthole.
