Trump nor his supporters give a damn about this country. All they care about is "owning the libs". A certain group of lower/middle class people voted for Trump because of cultural grievances. They viewed the progress of other groups as a threat to their privilege. That election had nothing to do with "economic anxiety". Trump promised to keep the scales tilted in their favor because they can't compete on a level playing field. And that's why the core of Trump supporters will never abandon him. Like he said, he could stand in the middle of 5th avenue and shoot someone and wouldn't lose support. Well he stood in the middle of 5th avenue and shot America and they're still supporting him. They will continue to support him as long as he lives up to those 14 words

This isn't even up for debate. Of course Russia is continuing to target the U.S. His own DHS just released a report 4 days ago stating this:

The head of the Department of Homeland Security warned state officials on Saturday that the threat from Russia targeting US elections has not dissipated.

"There is little doubt that adversaries and non-state actors continue to view elections as a target for cyber and influence operations," Nielsen told the state officials, who are responsible for administering elections."

I'm not saying we should't be skeptical of our own intelligence agencies and government officials. Of course we should. But we're at the point were Trump wants us to believe everybody else is lying and only he and Putin are telling the truth.
