Pupusas.

It's the only thing my people can do.

i love pupusas, revueltas con loroco... ya me dio hambre!!!!

agujas nortenas, cabrito, menudo estilo norteno, carnitas, arracheras, pozole, borrego, in the north of mexico we eat a lot of meat, marinated overnight with chile ancho or de arbol, some guys put pinneaple juice on it to soften the meat... washed down with carta blanca or indio beer...

las salsas de tomatillo con cebolla y chile de monte o piquin, molcajeteadas...

here in dallas i sometimes prepare cecina con chipotle, its so easy, just buy any can of chipotles en adobo, put it on a big bowl with the meat and let it marinate overnight, grill it and you gonna come back praising my mexican azz to heavens, lmao!
