When I go to the gym I usually Train very hard, the only problem is; Later that night I seem to get bad headaches from what I think is dehydration, I drink as much as I can but I am still dehydrated. Any tips?

Drink a lot of water BEFORE you workout....if you don't drink enough then yeah you will get headaches....

don't just drink water, drink something with a little sodium and a little potassium, maybe some sugar before, during and after you workout. and also when i train hard i end up with a head ache as well.
