Fyi, the motion sensors can be set higher so pets dont set them off. We have cats, and they never have set ours off.

We have cameras, motion sensors, glass break sensors, and every door and window has a sensor on it as well.
The salesmen strictly told me 80lb is the max for a pet. It's not a deal breaker for me, if it becomes a issue down the road I will drop it.

I am definitely getting the cameras, window/ door sensors.

I agree. I am just crazy and always on the look out. Those home invasion stories be nuts.

As far as the dog goes. I am leaving towards a medium dog maybe a bill terrier, Bulldog or Patterdale. Dogs are not cheap at all and high maintenance.

For that matter a yapping little Poodle will do just as good a job of alerting you of intruders.
Thanks fam, I definitely agree with your comment.

Ahhh my neighbor has an American Bully ( basically something similar to a Pitbull ). I am waiting for the day that dog gets loose so I can kick it in the damn ribs. Lol.

I agree with you Mr president, then you gotta make sure that dog is not going to run off and not engage the rubber.

Just looking at those vet bills can put you in the poor house.

good thing i have cameras, funny thing is, that was the last thing i checked lol because i figure he got out and ran away, i didnt think someone came and took him. i freaked out and drove around the neighborhood for hours with no luck.

i came back home since it got dark and was gonna continue driving around the neighborhood the next day, but i decided to roll the security cameras to see if it caught which directions the dog ran towards and then bamm! saw the footage of everything.

i took a screen shot of the car with license plate and posted it on one of the public forums we have for our neighborhood with a message saying "i will report this to the cops tomorrow with your license plate".

got a email at midnight from the person who took my dog lol! making up a sob story saying he didnt know it was my dog and that he just saw him walking around in the streets and that's why he took him only to get him off the streets.
Those damn English bulldogs are too friendly. The price tag alone makes them a target.

I heard they suffer from a lot of medical problems. I wanted one but if a dog is that friendly I got no use for it and it farts alot lol. Besides that they are cool dogs.

No kids yet. I gave a combination gun safe that I am going to drill into my closet in the basement. But I do have a mini 9 that I carry in the house, I keep it by me on my night stand. When i have kids I will have to figure out what to do. I don't wanna have to run down to the basement when something actually happens. But I don't wanna put it on the top rack of my closet smdh

I may need to buy two safes one up stairs and the other one in three basement. Or just pray I will never need them, I could just lock them up at night in the basement and roll the dice.
