He wouldn't need to win against a decision, just a welterweight that would have at least lasted for 12 rounds. It has to be in the era from 2005 - Present.
... Shane Mosley would. Maybe Floyd? Maybe Clottey? Marg probably gets pounded out. ODLH would, but he's pre 2005. Maybe a prime Collazo could survive. Not Spence, doesn't have the tools to do in 12 what it took SRL 14 rounds to do.
