IS that dude Steve Ogg aka Bob Giovanni/Walking Dead the oldest looking 43 yr old?

This dude looks to be one of those fit older dudes in their late 50s early 60s, I remember him from the Old spice commercials and he was very muscular and on Walking dead he had an old face but he had that rugged older guy muscle, that you usually see in a guy in his late 50s like Mel Gibson, I thought he was like late 50s or 60 years old.

But the guy is barely 43 wtf? dude looks old, this dude is only a few years older than Ryan Reynolds.
