well it's official Arce is a 4 division champ now.
He claims he's a 5th division champ because he counts his interim belt.

Thats makes him the 2nd Mexican to ever do it, or 3rd if they would've given Marquez the well deserved nod.

haha. i just looked through his record to see all these belts he has had, man lots of them were vacant. which one is considered the interim one exactly? cause he's had a lot of them as well in different weightclasses.
