    I see...

I have been a bit unlucky for the past couple of month with multiple injuries that constantly stopped my progression.

I have been patient until now and it seems like I will have to be patient once again, I will rest.

    Thanks for helping out everyone.

If it were me, I would rest. Based on my experiences of training through injuries - it always makes things worse.

I just would like to know if there is anything that I could do on one leg.
Of course. For the lower body, cycling on a stationary bike may not hurt. You could also try seated or standing calf raises and leg extensions (I would suggest only going 3/4 of the way up for knee safety reasons). For the upper body, anything and everything can be trained with exercises such as the 4-way neck machine, overhead press, seated rows, incline or decline press, shrugs, hanging leg raises, rotary torso machine, dips, pulldowns, curls, etc.

My damn pinched nerve just came back and Ive cut my workouts in half, which is helping. But I may have to take a week or two off.

Must be a mild sprain as I can still walk on my two legs without feeling too much pain. I only feel the pain when I go up a stair or when I'm in a boxing stance.

I tried to shadow box this morning but as I said before, I feel too much pain on a boxing stance.

So, what can I do to continue practicing while being on one leg basically ?
Rest, recooperate. Heat packs, gentle massage.
