Saudi Arabia has emerged as the leading candidate to host the rematch between Anthony Joshua and Andy Ruiz, multiple sources tell @SInow. Nothing finalized, but serious discussions about a December 7th date -- possibly in Riyadh.

Well the truth is that rematch clauses have nothing to do with sanctioning bodies. Ruiz is in some aspects free to fight someone else, but he would be sued into a hole in the ground by Hearn. But given the fact that everyone in the industry is playing all-or-nothing games right now, that happening can’t be ruled out.... so it looks like a neutral venue was the best from where Hearn was sitting
