How often do you skip workouts? Generally, if u skip workouts pretty often, I would recommend u to find some personal time in order of practice. However, in other situations, u can try to use steroids that can help u to support your muscles pretty well. On the other side, steroids are not safe for the people who wanted to support the muscles pretty often, since steroids are not approved for human consumption. However, they can be used in micro dosage and if there are some doubts, there's a tip sarmguide.com that can help to understand the importance of understanding the work of steroids. This tip actually helped me to understand the importance of the main knowledge before using the product, so I think it's better to learn more about steroids before using it.

complete newbie and just getting into training. Does anybody have any tips on how to build up my endurance when skipping? I go for about 2mins at the moment and I start to get really tired. I would ideally like to go for 10-15mins but struggle to go much longer than the 2mins at the moment. Any ideas how I can work on this?
          Everyone gave good advice.

I like to skip go right into push-ups and then skip again for 5 min.

Skip 2mins push-ups 1 min then skip 2 min or long as can.

You'll get there soon. Also if you have any tall stairwells put lite weights on your ankles and climb them. Builds endurance and strengthens joints.

I have a 7 floor one at work i climb. Dead of summer in the heat is awesome.

Some of my buddies swear using a CPAP when they sleep makes them feel really fresh in the morning and rarely need coffee or tea.

                Here's a decent workout
                1 min jumping rope
                1.5 minutes jumping rope
                2 minutes jumping rope
                30 seconds jumping rope
Rest 30 seconds between each one and that's 1 circuit
Depending on your fitness level do a few circuits, resting 1 minute between circuit
Try to jump every other day and on your days off do some easy running.
Give it a try, maybe you'll like it. (You won't keep doing something you hate. lol)

Endurance jumping rope doesn’t correlate directly to endurance doing much else from what I can see. If you want jump roping endurance (for whatever reason) just put in the time.

I like to use it as a less intense activity between sets of more intense activities like the heavy bag, burpees or wind sprints. Keeps your heart rate up but gives you recovery time. My jump rope set will be as long as whatever comes around on the MP3 player.
