One of two people charged in this weekend's case of road rage where shots were fired will go before a judge on Wednesday.

Bradley Turner of La Grange was released on a $37,500 bond after turning himself in at the Lenoir County Sheriff's Office.

Turner, and his wife Christy, are facing numerous charges in Carteret County where the road rage ended near Newport.

Much of it was caught on a cell phone camera by a passenger in the back seat of the pickup truck that Turner said ran him off the road. In the video, lawmen say Turner walked up to the driver and a fight quickly began.

Deputies say the video shows Christy Turner getting out of their vehicle with a handgun at which time the fight ends. She handed the handgun to her husband, who then is seen pointing it at the other men.

Deputies say what's not seen on the video is the husband firing several rounds into the pickup truck as he left.

Turner is scheduled to go before a judge Wednesday morning in Beaufort.

Bradley Turner is charged with discharging a weapon into property, two counts of assault by pointing a gun, going armed to the terror of the people, injury to personal property, and assault.

His wife is charged with two counts of assault by pointing a gun.

That's weird, as the video ends, it looks as if the confrontation is over and everyone would be on their merry ways. He must have gotten back out of the truck and shot the hell out of the other truck.
