i never really ate anything hard to digest, it'll just be a coffee for some energy and that would be pretty much it...

Some light carbs with protein... try some rice and a small serving of chicken.. DO NOT fill up... you don't want to be full... but eat carbs.

Chicken, brown or basmati rice, veg.
Or tweek it, swap the veg for an avocado or a handful of berries.

        100/50/--

Don't want to be going too heavy.

A carb like Oatmeal, Brown Rice or a cereal like Cheerios.

A little bit of Protein like Whey, Eggs or Tuna. Leaner the better

and if you so desire something like Coffee or other sugar free energy drink to give you a boost

fruit, protein. whether it is tuna, sardines, chicken breast or even a powder. water - 2 L. then a shake afterwards till dinner. if i am going at night i don't eat anything until after i am done aside from maybe some cashews or almonds.
