  • Get in shape Contest!!

    Allright guys. This is the thread.

    Anyone who wants to compete to see who can improve their body's the most take a before pic, from today. And in 6 weeks take another picture.


    Also post your workout routines and your diet if you would like.

    I will be eating like this.

    Oatmeal 8:00

    Egg whites and Spinach 10:00

    Protein shake with Bannana and berries 12:00

    Protein bar 3:00

    Can of Tuna fish, with salsa or mustard 5:00

    Cottage Cheese 7:00

    Yogurt 9:00

      You know I really shopuld participate in this because I got a beer gut but have recently tried to start running again and playing basketball regularly.......I am not sure if I am really dedicated yet that why I hesitate.

        I also supllement with

        Viatamins, Creatine, Glutamine and green tea extract.

        My workouts go like this.

        M, W, F

        Weights in the morning

        M,T,W,TH,F

        An hour of cardio before I go to bed.

        Saturday and Sunday I rest.

            Whoa I guess I am not the only one.......LOL I will try to get some pics tonight and post them tomorrow **** it I will try but I am not going on any strict diet **** that I can look alot better just burning off some fat if I stay consistent.

              That's me now on the main page.

              Today I started with a Pro shake for breakfast
              A v8 for a snack
              a tuna sandwich for lunch
              1oz of almonds as a snack
              1cup of rice and a piece of steak for dinner
              1can of tuna as a snack

              I ran 4mls in 30mnts
              boxing trained for 2hrs
              exercised at the gym for 2hrs

              I still weigh 175

                hell yeah i'll take my pic today so i can beat all ya'll *****'s but for a sad note muscle is harder then lose then fat for some ppl that didnt know that.

                  How is this possible while you are in Iraq?

                  Where do you get your food? Where do you live? How much do you have to work and how much free time is there?

                    going from fat to fit is sooooooooo much easier than going from fit to fitter.
