The fact that smaller, local promoters with greater experience (such as Dibella) do much of the legwork and fulfil many of the many of the tasks traditionally associated with the role does not change the essential nature of what PBC is. PBC generates profits by producing, advertising and selling entertainment events ergo it is a boxing promotion. Sure, if the product it was making was Kids TV programs then maybe you'd call it a TV Production company, but it ain't - it's making boxing shows. PBC isn't a broadcaster - it (in effect) sells to broadcasters... it isn't a management company - so what is it in your opinion?
