�� Eddie Hearn's Matchroom have today beaten Bob Arum's Top Rank and won the purse bid to host Alexander Besputin vs Radzhab Butaev for a vacant WBA 'regular' welterweight belt. Besputin is promoted by TR, but now Matchroom are planning this fight for their Nov 30th Monaco show.
