Walters is a nobody and abused weights to have advantages against smaller fighters. The Vic win, he was starched by Donaire the fight before which was 6 months so can't count that. Scratch Donaire too, Rigondeux ruined him the year before and Nonito will tell you himself about how big Walters was on fight night. If a sportsman that has nothing bad to say about anybody like Donaire is says something bad about someone, you listen.
