  • Prime Stiverne vs AJ is a 50/50 bout

Prime Stiverne had a KO ratio around 30% higher (90%+) than Ruiz (65%) & he fought similar competition. Nobody had ever hit Arreola like he did & Chris was in there with guys like Vitali.

He went the distance with a superior puncher in Wilder, constantly coming forward he'd have AJ gassed by the 4th. Even as a shot fighter he took Joyce 6. He'd have given AJ absolute hell, especially with his countering and hooks. He's not as fast as Ruiz but he did hit much harder, he pressures, throws hooks, counters similar to him as well.

Not a wilder fan and he didn’t say Stiverne was better than those guys I think he was referring to stivernes style.Would you say Ruiz is better than klitschko no but he got knocked out by AJ and Ruiz kod AJ.Styles make fights and when AJ a 255 pound champion is giving ground to Ruiz right off the bat I knew it was going to be trouble.

The speed was why Andy Ruiz was able to take advantage of Joshua rushing into a firefight and not moving his head.

        Stiverne doesn't have that speed.

Will say though that Stiverne was a durable mother****er when he was on form, could take a great shot and keep coming forward.

How Joshua manages his energy dump, understanding that Stiverne would keep boring forward would be interesting to see.

Pre brain damage Stiverne is superior than current Ruiz in pretty much all categories. He was just devalued because he's on Wilder's resume. Stiverne would probably knock Joshua way earlier.
