I don't know why that just popped into my mind...but there is something so eerie and haunting about the sound of that song that it has has stuck in my head ever since I heard it.

You are not alone there my friend. I lack the vocabulary to do it justice.

I like so many different types of music, from different generations. When my uncle got outta the army, green Barents, fort Bragg, NC, circa 70', and I'm not guessing, cuz he bought a grey 70 chevelle, with the 454, and 4 on the floor. He used to listen to Wilson Pickett, Otis, Cooke, Joplin, righteous brothers, animals, Santana, Joe ****er, etc.

But he also loved a lot of really unusual stuff, Gordon light foot, etc.

Back then, you just didn't put rap lyrics over very well known songs. Now, every cown is a talented rapper, etc.
if you can rap about it, then you either didn't do it. Or are waiting to be busted for it.
