Why isnt CNN, MSNBC, FOX, ABC, CBS, or any of the mainstream channels talking about this?
I tried to google about this and not a single mainstream site has covered it. the only sites are talking about it are obscure non mainstream:

LONDON, (ST)- More fabrications have been revealed within the framework of the terrorist war on Syria, mainly on the alleged chemical attacks staged by foreign-backed terrorist organizations to blame the Syrian Arab army for them and justify aggression on Syria.
According to SANA Arabic, most recent revelation was presented by independent Australian journalist Caitlin Johnstone and published on her own blog. It is a new leaked document on claims about the Syrian Army's use of chemical weapons in Douma in April, 2018 and about the misleading role played by the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) in this regard.
The Australian journalist quoted former Scotland Yard detective and counterterrorism intelligence officer Charles Shoebridge as revealing that "the OPCW suppressed expert engineers report that found the cylinders were not dropped from the air."
