Thumb in eye - still seeing **** in my eye

Got thumbed today, made me black out and had to take a knee.

It's still got a little color fade in my eye and I'm seeing random dots every here and there.... all light colored dots, very, very small ones too.

should I go to the doctor? Will this go away?

id say go to the doctor asap! if the doctors office is closed tomorrow go to a hospital or urgent care because your eyes IS NOTHING to play with or take lightly trust me
