And that's the problem in a nutshell.

The flat 15M offer has been all over tha place since last year.

You may not be able to find a link with Loeffler confirming it.

But you can't find one with him denying it either.

Instead, he'll say they are still negotiating an offer or they are still doing the details.

There is even an article of Loeffler saying they sent a counter offer.

The onus is on Loeffler to come out and deny it NOT Golden Boy. All we know is they made an offer which Loeffler admitted to receiving. they say the offer was 8 figures which means at minimum 10m and that Loeffler has refused to accept. ESPN and others reporting this or that detail in the offer and Loeffler letting those reports sit does damage to him and GGG's brand. The fact that he can come out and deny other reports but not this one speaks volumes. Either the reports are true and that's why Loeffler, loud mouth Abel or GGG himself has NOT denied it OR Loeffler is completely inept and over his head. Because every other major promoter/manager comes out and screams from the mountain top that Golden Boy is lying and it wasn't 8 figures or that ESPN is lying and it's not 15m.

So the offer was real or Loeffler is incompetent at his job. You choose.

That's a lie Gomez never said that. Gomez was asked about the report by Dan Rafael saying 15m only flat offer no upside and other details he mentioned in his chat room. Gomez was asked and simply said the report is inaccurate never stated anything more. That means for all we know it's MORE then 15m or there are ppv upside included, ect. Fact is it's not up to Golden Boy to prove or disprove the report that is ON K2 AND GGG'S TEAM. The report made GGG look bad not Canelo. The fact that 8mil offer on the table came out of Oscar's mouth was let to sit for months with no denial is on K2. The fact that Fat Boy Dan added additional details in a chat room either real or fake and GGG's team let it sit there for months is on K2. If these are are fictional claims from Golden Boy, if Fat Boy Dan made up lies in his chat room then GGG and his promoter needs to come out and say so...which they haven't.

If Fat Boy dan came out with lies that made Canelo look bad best believe Gomez, Oscar, Canelo's trainers would all be out front street screaming this is lies and give details on why it's lies. If soul wants email loeffler to fight out the exact offer he refuses to accept. multiple people have provided the info we know about the offer. 8mil straight from the horses mouth Oscar. Fat Boy dan later said 15m and few other details. If K2 don't deny it then it speaks volumes. Only 2 reasons why you wouldn't flat out deny and set the record straight. I stopped reading right here. If we hold the parties to legal principles, the burden of proof lies with the accuser to prove such a claim exists. It is not necessarily the burden of the defense to refute any claims, but rather, the burden of the accuser to substantiate any claims made.

Any link to prove the offer? (The one that was $10M for months, then one day magically became $15M)
