Buster Douglas was a very talented and dangerous figther who's ceiling is oh rougly 100 times that of 'Baldomooir'.
The best version of Douglas could have beaten 90% of all the HW ATG'S that ever fought or at least troubled them. He got a great jab,very good power, threw punches in bunches, and had good footwork+ring generalship. What we saw in a 'peak Baldomir' was a B RATED FIGHTER- and that was Baldo at his VERY BEST.
The PEAK version of Douglas that we saw was an borderline ATG.Comment

The Old Foreman that KO'd Moorer and James Braddock, to name a few as far as lineal titlists go.
There are NUMEROUS paper champs that are worse than Baldomir. Malignaggi, Bailey, Backus, Page, Diaz, etc.
