    ok for all you tyson fans out there here it is, compiled from quotes and all.

    Mon-Fri
    Morning
    Roadwork 3 miles
    Noon
    Sparring 10 rounds
    Slip Bag 10 minutes
    or Speed Bag 10 minutes, did both when fight was coming up
    Afternoon
    Focus Pads 10 minutes
    or Heavy Bag 10 minutes, did both when fight was coming up
    Sit-Ups
    Push-Ups
    Pull-Ups
    Dips, did this circuit ten times
    Neck Work 10 minutes
    Jump Rope 10 minutes
    Night
    Stationary Bike 60 minutes

        thanks guys. well idk his reps, but from doing the circuit ten times, he was somewhere in the thousands! his weight in his prime was 218, if that's what you mean. sorry i'm new here i don't know what K's are but thank you.
