I started with fasting 1 day a week for a few weeks, then gradually went to 3 days every month, then went to multiple days every few months. All in all I think its get around-able with IF. I don't think you gotta go 100% hardcore on it to see results. You'll probably see better results if you do obviously, but idk if 5-10 calories in the morning to get you moving is gonna eff up the whole plan.

I didn't even know this was a thing and I am surprised at how many of you have done this.
I feel dizzy and lightheaded if I don't have anything to eat by 10am, so I don't think this is for me...
