              Any jerkoff can become a cop. From my grade school, all the loner nerds became cops.. they were nobodies who got punked on the daily so they became cops and feel like big men now lol.

              Moneywise though, cops make average money. Losers

                  A high school diploma (most cities/states) some require some college (e.g. NYPD 60 credits), rarely do they require a bachelor's degree but some departments give you extra money monthly/yearly for having bachelor's, master's, PhD. Pass some multiple choice test that is largely based on common sense, some physical test to see if you're in shape, some depts give a polygraph exam based on the answers you gave in some questionnaire, psychological interview with a psychologist, medical test, and finally an interview with some superiors.
